We have 2 different categories of products for Shipping.
* General Products - This category has standard or general items, which will provide you all the shipping options, available by UPS and USPS.
* Perishable (Frozen) Products - This category has Perishable or Frozen items, which need to be shipped as soon as possible because of their perishable nature. So, this category will provide you only Air Shipping by UPS. In this category, you may choose shipping from -
Shipping for order’s containing Perishable (Frozen) items:
If you are purchasing General items and Perishable items together, you will be provided Air Shipping only by UPS. You may choose which Air Shipping option you want.
Choose your Shipping Cost:
Orders within the USA will ship via USPS or UPS. We are using live shipping rates which would be calculated during checkout and is based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location. This provides you the facility to choose your shipping rate according to your need.
What's New:
Unlike before, At this time we are offering delivery to islands also, like Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands etc.
Return & Exchange:
We usually provide 30 days return policy since your purchase date. But some products which are for personal hygiene and perishable in nature are exempt from this. For returns, products should be unopened and in the original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping costs and to ensure items are returned in a safer manner.
