Great biscuits just arrived partly smashed every time

Love the product but I lose at least 3-5 biscuits in every packet smashed and broken because of the totally useless packaging by Verified. Boxes with little or no packing material, or packed in with other items. The packets are wrapped together but have absolutely no protection from moving around and biscuits just don’t survive poor handling. Verified - treat these biscuits like you would any fragile item!! Now I just accept the losses as the cost of having at least a few of my favorite dunk with my cuppa.

Just like home.

Product was crisp and tasty. Great dunked in tea, or better still, coffee. Only complaint was that the first 2 or 3 biscuits on each of the packs were crushed.

The biscuits should of been in bubble rap. Part of them were just crumbs.

Packing was, a single plastic bag, should have been bubble wrapped,30% were damaged, crumbs

I was totally disappointed, these are British biscuits, quite expensive, in UK cost less than 50 penceper package, and were shipped wrapped loosely, ..in a single plastic bag,in a carton containing 12 cans of baked beans.not sure who determined how to wrap, got it totally wrong.
